I can remember everything happened in the past clearly, but cant really remember what I’ve said and done
in the past 2 minutes. I’ve had the symptons of alzheimer.

What would you order in a dim sum restaurant?

When I was small, this was the regular dishes we had on the dining table,
but don’t know why it disappeared within years, I’m not sure if I is disappear from the menu,
or disappear from our always wanted list.

The taste of it just like the taste of my grandmom deep fried chicken, which is unique,
and embeded in my mind.

On the same day, we had another red sauce dishes, but still I made it as I was longing for it.

I soaked the pork in soda water to reduce the stifness to soft texture meat.
A little technique I learnt from comic , comic is actually one of my “cook book”.
Look, it looks so pretty after soaked in soda water, lovely pink in color.

As I could remember, i marinated the pork in a misture of egg, wine and salt fluid before depp fried.
The premixed sauce was then added to the frying pan after the meat had been cooked.

The recipe of the sauce is tomato sauce, sugar, plum sauce.. can’t remember anymore…

It doesn’t taste as sweet as the one I had before, or may be everything in memory,
is forever delicious and unable to recreate.
